Category-Specific Rules

Perishables (Snacks, Drinks, Confectionery)

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for these items unless they are faulty or arrive damaged.

Electronics

Warranty-based returns apply. If an electronic item is faulty, we will facilitate repair, replacement, or refund according to manufacturer guidelines.

Smoke & Health Products

Strictly no returns for opened, unsealed, or used items due to regulatory compliance and health standards.

Change of Mind

As a wholesale provider, we generally **do not** offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection once an order has been dispatched. However, for non-perishable/non-smoke items (e.g., **Stationery**), we may offer a store credit at our discretion if the product is returned unopened within 14 days.
